I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Delhi Residences in Aerocity, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience. It is a testament to the fact that true hospitality is not just about brand names but the dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to provide a memorable stay. Throughout my stay, I encountered an unparalleled level of care and attention from various departments, making my experience truly remarkable. I would like to express my gratitude to Mohit Ahuja and his outstanding team, especially Rituraj from the housekeeping department, and their manager, Priya Tiwari. What set these individuals apart in my mind was not just their roles but their passion and natural instinct for providing exceptional service and hospitality. The genuine empathy they showed towards guests like me truly distinguishes them as great leaders in the Hotels & Hospitality industry. A simple gesture like greeting guests with a smile and genuine passion may seem small, but it leaves a lasting impact. The hotel is centrally located, where the Airport and other tourist spots or localities to explore is very close by. One would get a great experience while staying here with the luxury rooms, cleanliness maintained by house keeping staffs and so on. check this out for sure, when you get a chance.

I visited the Hyatt residences, Aerocity for the first time… and it’ll surely be my last because I have never been so ill-treated by the so called ‘courteous’ managing staff. Firstly I had to wait for around 2.5 hours to check-in even when I reached there @3PM. Secondly the services were extremely disappointing as I had to call thrice to 4 times to repeat for a order, services were very late and slow due to which I had to order from outside. Thirdly at the time of check-out one of the managers started to blame us for some wine stains on the wall in the apartment (for clarification… we did not even had wine in our apartment). Then we were told that we stained the carpet which was already having those stains before we checked-in. Then a few of my friends were humiliated in the hotel lobby that was full of guests regarding the issues. This could have been very professionally handled only if the staff had shown some courtesy or professionalism and had chosen to speak with us in private rather than a lobby full of other guests.
